What is a zeta grey?
Physically it is different from being a human.
zeta-grey are more balanced; humans are more clumsy and heavy;
That s natural because the energy is heavier as well as their frequency.
That is why you need tai-chi and reiki to keep energy balanced.
Emotionally, it is not all that different ; believe it or not.
That is only the energy frequency that is just different;
Judy feels emotion such as unconditional love in her zeta grey form as she does
in her human form; she even operates at a higher vibrational frequency.
She comes from a higher dimensional place;
Planet Earth is on level 1;
Zeta grey is on level 5 to 8
Earth humans can link in to 10% of their conscious awareness;
The Zetas can link to 80%;
There's far more than what can physically be observed in the universe.
In her zeta form, she can travel to different dimensions; in her human she can't;
The zeta greys come from several planets.
In her zeta form, she is of millions of years of age
To travel long distances, she can use of a container; non-biological container but can easily step out of it.
Light body does not need to breath;
Can shape shift, manipulate time and matter;
She is Androgenous;
Has family; the Zeta-Grey to procreate just operate mixing genetic material in a container
When she goes to sleep at night, she takes up a zeta container or a light body;
In her zeta form, there is a family unit: "we are all part of each other";
The Zetas have access to universal knowledge; akhashic records;
disease: not really, because balanced is kept;
To go and work on a planet like Earth, they need something like a ship (= the disc) even if they are light beings; each disc is conducted by mind attunement.
2 ships:
small one: 3people
huge one: mother ship ( clinic, recreations); hundreds of miles long
can shape shift before boarding the ship.
The zetas have 4 fingers and the nervous system is complex;
Why the grey interfered with the humans so far? to assist with the planetary shift from the level 1 to the level 2; to help go past the limitations of the human mind which are fear of change, fear of difference of people looking different;
The Zetas can abduct and it is for positive purpose, because they operate on the basis of Love.
The others are not genuine, controlled by implants and are part of a disinformation campaign.

When someone is in the state of fear, that s when communication cannot be received telepathically.

Judy can manipulate the vibrational frequency at which matter vibrates in her Zeta form.

Right now, there are millions of ships around Earth; working at different frequency;

Angels are light entities on level 9 and 10;
They are quite pure consciousness without physical form, but they can take one to arrive here on Earth;

During 911, there are many testimonies that testify they saw angels sitting besides victims, keeping company; talking to people that were trapped; assisting the dying; zetas were kind of keeping them alive until the right time;

You manifest your world by the act of deliberative conscious visualization, after having chosen love and while kept vibrations at a higher state.

Disc: the ship is a being in itself, it can adapt;you place your hand on a console and it respond and it can adapt to your thought.
It is not technology the way we think here on earth, it is basically energy; the bottom line is universal energy;
it is not at all close, but it is just a basic comparison; it is like when we give somebody Reiki here on earth; we raise our hands over somebody body; and we channel reiki through our own energy system; it passes into our own crown chakra down into the person energy system to rebalance it; this is how the disk is driven; motivated by universal energy; related zero point energy
All the higher evolved beings have a wonderful sense of humor.
The reason being: is we evolved past the all the piggy aspect of life.
